Anthony Kiedis was rushed to HOSPITAL, the Red Hot Chili Peppers Cancel Perform

Post Compass - The band Red Hot Chili Peppers cancel appearances in Orange County, California, Saturday (5/2/2016), as their lead singer, Anthony Kiedis, was taken to the hospital.

The band is scheduled to perform in the show KROQ WeenieRoast in Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre.

After the band had previously appeared in other personnel-personnel, Red Hot Chili Peppers take the stage. The band, bassist Flea, announced the cancellation of their appearance to the audience.

"Anthony was being taken to the hospital, and we could not play tonight," said Flea as quoted ABC7.

"We are very sad. We love you guys. We are there to play rock music. Unfortunately, there are medical problems to face, "continued Flea.

Quoting radio KROQ, Billboard reported, Kiedis transported by ambulance after experiencing severe abdominal pain.
