Post Compass - The habit of snacking it turns out that often occur in the workplace or when we're thinking hard. Too much thinking enough to deplete the energy thereby increasing talking lust. How do I solve it?

A study points out, the easiest way to dampen talking lust overeating that is by exercising. It may be difficult in the sports sense as any effort so that it can increase talking lust.

However, according to the study published in the journal Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, the sport found thus could make someone feel less hungry. This is allegedly because oahraga makes improvements to regulation of hormone related to hunger.

Researchers found, those who exercise after work will eat fewer calories than those who did not exercise.

Research involves 38 students will undergo an exam. The researchers surveyed students who undergo the test, and then rest for 15 minutes, and those who spend 15 minutes for the treadmill. After that, researchers see how much they eat.

As a result, those who undergo the test without doing sports eat 100 calories more than those exams, but still exercise. Researchers concluded, makes the brain think hard to drain more energy and make it more hungry than doing a physical activity that is full of sweat.

According to the researchers, William h. Neumeirer of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, sports can be a source of energy the body needs so no need to fill it with a lot of eating.

However, further research is need to why exercise can fight hunger. William himself surmised, this relates to the hormone ghrelin, which can increase hunger.

Research is also needed to know how long the sport needed to reduce overeating talking lust.
