Wow ... Brussels Foodtruck Festival, the biggest in Europe!

That afternoon, Friday (5/6/2016), 6 pm, I was with the family present in Brussels Foodtruck's biggest Festival held at Parc Royal de Bruxelles.

Brussels Foodtruck Festival takes place from 6 to 8 May 2016. The influence of the weather which is very sunny with the temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, not a surprise anymore able to invite hundreds of thousands of visitors.

The Festival is free to the public this hour opening times vary i.e. on Friday at 14.00 – 23.00, sat 11.00 – 23.00 and Sunday 11.00-19.30.

My presence here, consider it to be a citizen journalist, who reported on the atmosphere of the festival, a variety of delicious food, enthusiastic visitors, or "something new" to be reported.

The type of food that is served is street food like vegan (vegetarian), hot snacking (French fries, hot dogs, waffles), ethnic (typical food), tapas, gourmet food (food decorating art), sweeties, seafood and drinks.

One of the interesting and well liked by the food lovers is the Bubble Waffle. Bubbly shape it feels springy and tasty. Waffle hot dog then also became the target of the food lovers. And of course lots of food and drink can be found at the festival.

Next, the footwork I started melamban after tasting a variety of food and drinks. Why slow? Because the stomach is already stuffed and the contents of the depleting wallet.

Building on 100 euro in the wallet just a memorable stay. But there is one drink that I seek from yesteryear. The drink is Tea Bubble (bubble tea). This drink is typically the country Taiwan offered by the original bubble tea Belgium foodtruck costing 4 euros (35 cl) and 5 Euro (50 cl).

It provides a sense of bubble tea green tea and black tea. As for the combination of the choice of whom to green tea menu i.e. rescator, geisha, leela and shreck.
As for the menu is black tea that is black pearl, robinson, ouftea and ricain. The menu contains all the savory additions such as milk, juice, syrup and so forth.

I chose the menu Rescator 5 euros consisting of green tea and fresh lime (lime organic). How to make it look fast, practical with sliced fresh fruit makes me more confident as a customer that the drink is not just quenching his thirst, but also nourish the body.

For 3 hours was at this festival, time goes so fast. My family and got the "something new" in the culinary tour of it.

Foodtruck Festival adds to the insights we are in the business of culinary creativity. Especially my wife who has a hobby Cook got the idea to develop his skills.

If I personally, this is a very valuable memories. Happy happy third heart my son with her creative nickname: Agasko (9 years old), Risdo (11 years), Hendo (16 years old) through culinary useful educative.

Educating and directing the children's thoughts to things that smelled of creative positive. Therefore, let us learn to know "something new" in the environment around us.
